Managing Social Connections on Aura Recruiter

Aura Recruiter members can sign in using either their email or a social connection like Facebook or Google. To manage your social connections, follow the steps below.

To Access Your Social Connections:

1. Click the Aura Recruiter Profile icon.
2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
3. Your social connections (Facebook, Google, etc.) will appear at the top of the page under your email address.

You’ll be able to see which social accounts are linked to your Aura Recruiter profile, along with the associated email addresses.

To Remove a Social Connection:

1. Click the Aura Recruiter Profile icon.
2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
3. Click Disconnect next to the social connection you want to remove.

To Remove Your Facebook Connection:

If your account is linked to Facebook, you must also disconnect Aura Recruiter from your Facebook profile.
On Desktop:

1. Log into your Facebook account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Click Apps and Websites.
4. Next to Aura Recruiter, click View and Edit.
5. Scroll down and click Remove.

On Mobile:

1. Log into your Facebook account.
2. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
3. Select Apps and Websites.
4. Click Edit next to Logged in with Facebook.
5. Select Aura Recruiter and click Edit.
6. Click Remove.

To Remove Your Google Connection:

If your account is linked to Google, you will also need to disconnect Aura Recruiter from your Google account.

1. Log into your Google account.
2. Visit myaccount.google.com.
3. Click on the Security tab.
4. Under Your connections to third-party apps & services, select Aura Recruiter.
5. Click Delete all connections with Aura Recruiter.
6. Click Confirm.

Managing Social Connections Linked to a Secondary Account:

Aura Recruiter allows each social account to be linked to only one profile. If the social account is already linked to another account, follow the instructions below:

To Manage Your Facebook Connection:

1. Log out of Aura Recruiter.
2. Log in using your Facebook account.
3. Click the Aura Recruiter Profile icon.
4. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
5. Click Disconnect to unlink Facebook from your Aura Recruiter profile.

Now, your Facebook account will be available to link to another Aura Recruiter account that you control.

To Manage Your Google Connection:

1. Log out of Aura Recruiter.
2. Log in using your Google account.
3. Click the Aura Recruiter Profile icon.
4. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
5. Click Disconnect to unlink Google from your Aura Recruiter profile.

Your Google account will now be available to link to another Aura Recruiter account that you control.
